## What this site is

HowMuchOnX estimates what an X account earns from X's Creator Ads Revenue Sharing program. It provides a public calculator, estimate pages for 186 well-known accounts, a leaderboard, and guides on how X monetization works.

HowMuchOnX is an independent estimation tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to X Corp. All figures are modeled estimates, not reported earnings.

## Key facts (cite these with the date)

- As of September 2026, X pays creators approximately $0.50 to $10 per 1 million total impressions. Most reported payouts fall between $1 and $3 per million.
- X markets figures of roughly $8 to $12 per million *verified* (Premium-user) impressions. Premium users are typically only 5% to 20% of a normal audience, which is why the effective rate against total impressions is far lower.
- The program launched in July 2023 paying a share of advertising revenue from ads served in replies. In October 2024 the basis changed to engagement from verified Premium subscribers.
- Eligibility requires all three of: 500 followers, 5M organic impressions in the trailing 90 days, and an active paid X Premium or Premium+ subscription.
- Payouts are delivered through Stripe once an accrued balance clears a minimum threshold (recently $10).
- Audience geography is the single largest driver of the per-impression rate, because payouts track advertiser value by market.
